At CipherX Technologies, I researched and developed applicator mechanisms for microneedle tattoo patches working closely with manufacturers to create custom solutions. I defined user needs and product requirements, then designed and prototyped mechanism solutions along with packaging components. My role involved conducting laboratory experiments to test application methods and determine the forces required for successful penetration. I also created packaging for their launch party as well as visual communications of the core technology to support funding applications, combining hands-on prototyping with strategic business development.
